Praise Team Brings Worship to Life at Chapel
Every Thursday, music fills the TBC Worship Center as the Praise Team leads the school in worship before chapel. With strong vocals and meaningful songs, they help create a space where students and teachers can focus on God.
“My favorite part of being on Praise Team is just being able to worship and have fun doing it,” said Dane Southworth, lead guitarist and vocalist. “I pray before every chapel that students would open their hearts to worship and deepen their relationship with Christ.”
The team is made up of students with different musical talents. Some sing, others play instruments, and they practice often to make sure everything runs smoothly. Vocalist Londyn Dunn shared how the experience has impacted her personally: “It has made me think more about how I serve the Lord. Beyond singing and praying, I want to do more and help lead others to Christ.”
For the Praise Team, chapel isn’t just about playing music. It’s about serving God and helping others connect with Him. They put thought into choosing songs that speak to the student body and encourage real worship.
Students at Trinity Christian Academy are thankful for the team’s hard work. The music brings energy to chapel, helps people focus, and makes the message more powerful.
Each week, the Praise Team uses their gifts to help others grow in their faith. Their passion and teamwork help make chapel a special part of school life.
